Marymount Manhattan College is home to approximately 700 residential students in two residence halls, all within a 15-20 minute commute from the main campus of Marymount Manhattan College. Each offers various amenities specific to the building.

Substance Free Floor
This floor is for the student who chooses to live completely free from substances, enjoying a life free from smoke inhalation or additional substances. This floor will encourage a healthy lifestyle and provide support for students making this life decision.
Note: Substance use cannot be tolerated by these residents, and any violation may result in a room change. Space is limited, and requests will be first come, first served. Unfortunately, JumpStart participants are unable to be placed on the Substance Free Floor.

Residents are housed at 1760 3rd Avenue, between 97th and 98th Streets, just 25 blocks from campus. A NYC express bus stop is located steps from both MMC and 1760 that allows for an easy 15 minute commute to campus.
