Student-Sponsored "Food for Thought" Dinner
Alumni shared a table at a dinner coordinated by the MMC Student Outreach. Proceeds from the event will help fund an Alternative Spring Break trip where students will travel to Washington D.C. to volunteer for the homeless with the National Coalition for the Homeless, Community for Creative Non-Violence, and the Community of Hope. Students will participate in a variety of service activities ranging from helping in shelters and soup kitchens to reading to children. This event took place on Tuesday, March 11, 2008. Thanks to all who made this event a success!
