Dean Gregory was the Principal Consultant for Christine Gregory Consulting, LLC, specializing in the design and implementation of education and leadership programs and providing advice to academic institutions concerning issues of diversity and inclusivity.   Prior to that for 7 years, she was the Assistant Dean of Students at the University of Michigan Law School.  A lawyer herself, she graduated from the University of Michigan Law School and attended Hampton University for her BA in Mass Media/Communications. Upon graduation from Law School, Dean Gregory worked in the District of Columbia as a Staff attorney for the Neighborhood Legal Services Program and the Executive Director of the Urban Alliance Foundation, respectively.  Both organizations are non-profit and community based.


As the Dean of Students, Christine will supervise Student Development and Activities (SDA), Campus Ministry, and Residence Life.  As our Diversity Officer, she will develop and support programming focused on issues of diversity, inclusivity and social justice.  Students, staff or faculty should report any bias incidents to Dean Gregory.  She will chair our Bias Incidents Response Team (BIRT).  For more information about BIRT, check this out on our website
