The best way to advertise your position to our student body is through our in-house job server, the MMC Career Connection. This can be accessed here:

Following this link will allow you to register your company or organization.  Once you register, you will be able to post open positions for students to view.  After a member of our staff reviews the position to ensure it contains all necessary details, it will be posted.

CAREER FAIR: Career Services offers two Career Fairs each academic year. Emails invites are sent through our email listserve two months prior to the event each semester. To be added to this list, please email your information to mfrench@mmm.edu. Due to limited space, employers must submit an application to the fair. Submission of application does not guarantee a place at the Career Fair. 

MOCK INTERVIEWS: In this program you would come to campus and have interviews with students. We would provide you an Interview Evaluation Form to give feedback on a student’s interview skills. After the interview a Career Services Counselor will meet with the student to discuss the feedback. This is a great way to interview possible candidates for your positions.

INFORMATION SESSIONS: In this program we invite interested students to listen to a representative from your organization speak about the career field you are representing, ways to prepare for the field, information on your company, and the opportunities you offer. The session ends with a Q&A. 

EMPLOYER SPOTLIGHT TABLE: In this program you are given a table in our Student Commons during peak hours (12:00pm-2:00pm). Students are invited to meet with you and share their resumes. It is a high traffic area and a great way to get your company known!

SITE VISIT: In this program a Career Services staff member coordinates a visit to your company/organization. The event can include, but is not limited to: tour, speakers from your organization, internship information, students bring resumes for positions.

 Please note that any event you have chosen is marketed to all students and alumni. MMC Career Services publicizes all events through E-mail blasts, social media, flyers around campus, and targeted departments.
