Library Databases/E-Journals

The library subscribes to numerous periodical databases, most of them full text. These databases are available on-and off-campus.

On-Campus Access

Any computer within Marymount's campus, includes the dorms, can access our electronic resources without having to login or supply a password. Simply select Databases E-journals & E-books to access these resources.

Off-Campus Access

To access the periodical databases from home or off-campus you need to have a valid network/email ID and password. These IDs are available to all current Professors, Adjunct-Professors, staff members or matriculated students, and also to Alumni with a valid network account (contact the Institutional Advancement office for procedures). For Off-Campus access, the link is the same as above, Database E-journals & E-books. Because you are offsite, when you access these resources, you will first be prompted for your network ID and password.

Library E-Journals

You can now access articles through journal titles. If you know the bibliographic information for your citation, simply go to Browse A-Z Journal Title List and write in the name of the journal. Results will be divided by issue and date.
