Schedule a Campus Visit
The best way to learn about MMC is to visit. Prospective students may meet with an admission counselor, observe classes, tour the campus, speak with faculty and students, or attend an Open House.
Campus tours and information sessions are available Monday through Friday during the academic year. The College is closed every Friday during the month of June and until mid-August. While a visit during the week is strongly recommended, weekend appointments are available on select Saturdays & Sundays at 10:30 AM. Keep in mind that the campus is much quieter on the weekends since most classes are not in session. Campus tours begin promptly at the scheduled times and arriving late may require you to reschedule your appointment.
Residence Hall tours are available during the academic year on select dates and by appointment only. Residence hall tours are also available during the Open House programs, weekend appointments, and certain special events. We invite you to take a virtual tour of the 55th Street Residence Hall.

Open House – Saturday, October 27, 2012
The Open House program allows prospective students an opportunity to tour the campus, visit the residence hall, and learn about student life, our academic programs, and about financial aid and scholarships available. Students in their senior year of high school or those in college already that plan to transfer may bring a completed application for an instant decision. Art portfolio reviews are scheduled during the program. Please bring your portfolio on the day of the event if you plan to participate. The program runs from approximately 10:30 AM to 3 PM and we encourage our guests to stay for entire event.
Register for the program online or by calling 1-800-MARYMOUNT or 212-517-0430.
MMC Admission In-Depth Series
This program consists of a series of personalized visit days for prospective and accepted students during the fall and spring semesters. Visiting on one of these days offers an opportunity to tour the campus and residence hall, observe a class, and enjoy lunch with faculty and/or current students in your academic area of interest. The program is designed to give each student an in-depth look into everyday life at MMC. While the program is structured for the student only, parents may schedule an appointment with a financial aid counselor, admission counselor, or with other departments requested to review specific concerns regarding the admission process. Dance and Theatre majors should contact those departments for class observations as they are not included in this program (dance@mmm.edu 212-517-0609 or theatre@mmm.edu 212-774-0767).
Register for the series online or by calling 1-800-MARYMOUNT or 212-517-0430. Detailed course descriptions can be found in the academic department sections of the College Catalog to assist you in selecting a class.
INSTANT DECISION DAYS
Students can bring in their completed application to obtain an
on-the-spot decision and tour the campus. Instant Decisions will be
offered by appointment only. Please refer to the Application
Checklist for the list of required documents. Please note:
Transfer students must have completed, or are currently enrolled in
their last semester prior to transferring to MMC in order to
participate in
Instant Decision. If applying for HEOP or Academic Access programs,
students cannot participate in Instant Decision, as their applications
require further evaluation by the respective departments. Only academic
decisions will be rendered. These decisions are not binding. Decisions
on acceptance into the Theater and Dance programs are not included in
the Instant Decisions.
