Politics and Human Rights/ BFA Acting

 I’m interested in the Social Justice Ambassadors Program to gain real world experience on the extrinsic factors affecting social justice such as race, gender identity, and sexuality. In the future, I would like to attend law school and serve as a public defense attorney to further explore the way that choosing the affordable option impacts the outcome of a defendant’s case. Coming from an extremely conservative small town in New Jersey and often feeling like an outsider, I also intend to explore the way a person’s upbringing impacts their view of the world. 

Social justice movements I am most passionate about include ending income inequality and advocating for women’s bodily autonomy at a time where these rights are under attack.
