About
Chrissy Galifianakis earned her B.S. in Biology from Marymount Manhattan College in 2011. She is currently a Senior Associate on the Investor Relations and Capital Raising team at FCP, a real estate private equity firm headquartered in the DC metro area. Chrissy supports FCP’s investor clients and investment decisions through strategic reporting, fund management operations and capital raising execution. She leads capital raising efforts for the Structured Investments Group and focuses on cultivating relationships with existing and prospective institutional investor clients. She also currently serves as the Chair of the FCP Intern Program Committee. Prior to joining FCP, she worked on the Asset Management team at Clark Enterprises, a real estate investment company in Bethesda, MD, where she assisted with the multifamily, commercial, and hotel portfolio in an analytical capacity.
Chrissy earned a master’s degree in real estate finance from Georgetown University in 2019. She previously held a real estate license in the state of Maryland (inactive) and is currently a member of ULI Washington’s Young Leaders Group Education Committee and YREP DC. She also was previously a member of ULI Washington’s Young Leaders Group Real Estate 101 Committee. Chrissy was selected to attend the 2022 and 2023 IREI Springboard Conferences, an invitation-only annual gathering of leaders in the institutional real estate community and also served as a summer mentor for the 2021 Project Destined Summer Internship Program. Prior to entering the real estate investment industry, Chrissy was Area Coordinator at Pookie and Sebastian, a chain of boutiques operated throughout the NY-metro area. She managed 6 retail locations and was responsible for oversight of all operations and staff.
