Established as a city campus of Marymount College in Tarrytown, New York.
Independently chartered and renamed Marymount Manhattan College.

MMC’s Main Campus consists of three academic buildings on East 71st and 72nd Streets between Second and Third Avenue on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. The College also utilizes outside performance spaces for performing arts courses.

The 55th Street Residence Hall
Our 32-story high-rise in Midtown is home to more than 500 residents each year in over one hundred two-bedroom apartments. Each bedroom holds from 2-4 residents each, and is fully furnished and designed to maximize your
living space.
Cooper Square Residence Hall
Our 12-story building in gorgeous Greenwich Village is home to more than 250 residents each year in 52 suites. Each bedroom holds up to three residents and is fully furnished with twin beds, desks, armoires, and dressers.
