Hey Griffins! My name is Mary. I’m a commuter student from Staten Island, New York. I’m a member of the class of 2024 double majoring in the BFA Stage Management and BA Theatre Arts with a concentration in Directing programs. I’m the Treasurer of the Campus Activities Board, and am a general member of a few other clubs on campus, and I have an off-campus job. A few fun facts about me are that my favorite color is purple, I love going to concerts, and I have way too many squishmallows. I can’t wait to meet all of you!! 

Hey everyone! My name is Zach and I am from Manchester, New Hampshire, a small city not too far north of Boston. I am a member of the class of 2024 and am pursuing a double major in Psychology and Theatre arts: Theatre and New Media with a minor in Art Therapy. Additionally, I hold a variety of Leadership positions on campus, such as: Student Worker with the Intercultural Center, Founder and President of Marymount Marvel, and (possibly) your Peer Leader! You can often find me involved with many of the RSOs, the SDA, the IC, or hanging around the commons! I absolutely love the community here at MMC and cannot wait to meet new faces this fall!!!! :)

Hi all! I am a New Hampshire native, but being raised by New Yorkers they always made sure NYC felt like home. I am a double major in Acting and Theatre Art: Producing and Management, so essentially I am an over dramatic over thinker :). I am currently the President of our Campus Activities Board (CAB). Fun facts about me: I have over 300 pairs of patterned socks and love the show “Is It Cake?”. Can’t wait to meet you all!

Hi y’all! My name is Low and I’m from San Antonio, TX. I am a double major in Dance, Body, Science and Motion and Biomedical Sciences. I’ve been dancing all my life and have always had a passion for science so I am so grateful to be able to do what I love in the city I love. Fun fact: I met Bridget Mendler when I was 10. Can’t wait to meet all of y’all!

Hello Griffins!! I’m a senior double majoring in Digital Journalism and Cinema, Television & Emerging Media with a minor in International Studies. I used to be a military kid (my dad has since retired) and because I moved every 3-4 years of my life, I don’t really have a particular place that I’m from. I just say I’m from all over the place at this point! On campus, I am the Editor-In-Chief of The Monitor Newspaper, the Events Director of Her Campus MMM, and a Student Assistant in the Office of Student Success Advising! Three fun facts about me would be that I’ve met the Queen of England twice, I’ve been to 28 countries and counting, and I was born in Japan! I am really looking forward to this year and meeting all of you!!

Hey y’all, I’m Franklin! I’ve called many places home thought the years since I grew up as a military brat traveling the world, and I’m so happy to now be able to call the Upper Eastside home! When I’m not on campus you can catch me at Starbucks on 3rd Ave where I’ve worked as a barista for two years now. Outside of school and work I enjoy taking ballet classes, going for runs, and practicing my singing and acting. I’m so excited to meet and get to know you all!

Hi there! My name is Julia Gaudioso and I am a senior here at MMC! I am majoring in Directing and History. In addition to being a peer leader, I am a Theatre Arts Transformative Justice Ambassador here at Marymount. I am from Livingston, NJ, but now I live here in NYC! I love watching movies, spending time with friends, and I am incredibly passionate about New Play development in theatre. I love being a peer leader and I am so excited to start this upcoming year!

Hi Griffins! I’m Jordan and I’m from Trumbull, CT, currently living here on the Upper East Side of NYC! I’m a Cinema, Television, and Emerging Media major with a minor in Graphic Design. As well as being a Peer Leader, on campus I’m the Secretary of the Campus Activities Board and a general member of Marymount Marvel. Hello everyone! I am originally from Montville, New Jersey, but have been an NYC lover my whole life. I am a dancer and lover of all things health and wellness. I am currently a Peer Leader, Senator for Student Health and Food Services, BA Dance Representative, and the President and Founder of Rehearsing Wellness. If you want any tips about how to make New York your second home, or how to relax and unwind in the bustling city, I’m your girl! Also, I am a connoisseur of bubble tea, ice cream, musicals, vinyl records, and dorm room recipes. I can’t wait to meet all of you this year!

Hey’ y’all! I’m from Denver, Colorado but I have always wanted to live in New York!! I am a member of the class of 2025 and I’m a Musical Theatre major with a minor in Communication and Media Arts. In addition to being a Peer Leader, I am also involved in the Campus Activities Board. I’m the biggest fan of Broadway ticket lotteries and have more than my fair share of tips and tricks, so don’t be afraid to reach out! What’s up, Griffins! I’m Serena and am originally from sunny San Diego, CA. This year I am a sophomore and now live here in the best city - NYC. I am finally a declared gal working towards a double major in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, and a minor in Fashion Studies. I like staying involved on campus, and am the Social Media Marketing Coordinator and co-Vice President for Marymount Christian Fellowship (MCF), and now a Peer Leader. Somethings to know about me include that I absolutely love bagels (despite having a gluten intolerance), fashion, running, and going out with friends. I’m eager to welcome you all soon!

Hi there! I’m originally from New Jersey but now live in Harlem with my cousin (who also goes to Marymount!) I’m a double major Politics & Human Rights and International Studies student with a minor in Environmental Studies. I like to be busy! It’s my first year being a Peer Leader, but I’ve been involved in Student Government and generally just loitering around in Dayne or Stephanie’s offices. I speak Spanish in addition to English, am a HUGE anime fan (please come talk to me about your favorite show), and am looking so forward to meeting everyone and helping in any way that I can!

Hello everybody! I’m Kristina, but you can call me Kris because it is way less syllables! My hometown is Cypress, Texas, and I’m a BFA Acting major. Hey, Griffins! My name is Javinn (Jay) and I am from New York, New Jersey. It’s the best of both worlds in my opinion. I’m pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business-advertising & promotion in the class of 2025. Additionally, I currently work for a large staffing agency based in New Jersey for multiple companies and brands. As a Branch Coordinator for our office in New York. I was my high school’s varsity lacrosse captain and I’m the first person in my family to attend college. I can’t wait to be your peer leader and share my MMC and NYC tips.

Hey everyone! My name is Liv, and I’m so excited to be on the Peer Leader team again this year! I’m a Senior, double majoring in Theatre Arts: directing concentration, and Psychology, with a minor in Drama Therapy. On campus, you can find me working in the SDA office, and participating in a lot of our theatre events throughout the year. Hi! I’m Liz, and I’m a senior at MMC! I’m a double major in Film and Media Studies and Film and Media Production with a minor in Child Development and Creative Media. On campus, I am a founder and the President of Kpop@MMC, our new (and now Award Winning) K-pop club here, as well as the Vice President of our filmmaking club, the Cinemaniacs, and you may also see me in the Student Development and Activities office as one of the student workers! A couple of fun facts about me are I have a twin brother (who doesn’t go to MMC), I am a triple water sign, and I once accidentally ran into Zendaya in NYC.
