You are creative and unique. You want to shout from the rooftops who you are and what you believe. You want to express yourself.

We’re here to listen, closely.

We want to know about you: the real you. Not just the tests you took or the grades you got. Tell us a story—the story of YOU.

Zero in on a moment in your life that shows how you’ve changed or lets you reflect. Tell us what excites you, what you’ve thought deeply about, what you strive for. Most of all, focus on YOU—how you felt, what you experienced, why you were transformed. It’s you we’re interested in. It’s your story we’re excited to hear.

At MMC, you are not a set of academic credentials. You are a whole person, and you deserve to be seen and known.

Our goal is to ensure access and equity in our admission process by eliminating obstacles you may face when completing the application process. To this end, MMC is test-optional for Fall 2023 domestic applicants and will no longer require an application fee.

Note, this policy does not affect academic scholarship offerings. If you have any questions, please contact the Office of Admission.

Her talk emphasized the importance of supporting students’ mental health and listening to emotion through student work. 🔵 Kevin Shimko ’11 recently started a new role as the Community Services Entertainment Superintendent of the Victoria Gardens Cultural Center and Lewis Family Playhouse in Rancho Cucamonga, California. In this new position, he oversees the daily operations and artistic vision of the Lewis Family Playhouse, a 560-seat performing arts venue and theater presenting plays, musicals, dance, comedy, live music, and more. 🔵 Travis Johnides ’02 (right) is one-half of the acoustic punk duo Bitters and Distractions, which recently signed with the Berkeley, California-based record label Sell The Heart Records. Their album was just released on the label via all streaming services and on 7” vinyl record. Check their music out at bittersanddistractions.com. Congrats! 💙
