Accepted Students Day offers the opportunity to explore all that MMC has to offer before the official start of classes. Get ready for an exciting program full of informative and fun activities for you and your guests. The program runs from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. 

Please select the date below that is most convenient for you. This event is exclusive to our Accepted Students for Fall 2019.

    • Please Note: only accepted students will be permitted on the boat. Parents and guests will have planned activities on campus.

Can’t Make it to Campus? 

Our students come from far and wide, and we understand it may not be possible to travel to campus this spring. If you can’t make it to NYC for an Accepted Students Day event, join us for one of our Regional Accepted Students Days in California, Florida, or Texas. Admission Representatives and MMC alumni will be on hand to answer questions, share their experiences, and welcome you to the MMC family.

MMC EXPERIENCE

Campus visits are offered Monday to Friday and on select weekend days. 

 Schedule a Weekday Visit or Weekend Visit

Tours of our 55th Street Residence Hall take place anytime Monday-Friday from 11:30am-3:00pm from February 26 to May 10. All campus visits can be combined with the residence hall tour. Please arrive at 231 E. 55th Street to check-in for your residence hall tour. 

Be advised that these options will not be available on April 19, as the college will be closed in observance of the Easter holiday.

Transfer 101- Online: This digital information session allows you to login and learn about MMC and our transfer credit policies, speak with a transfer counselor, and have your $60 application fee waived.

Transfer Tonight : Experience our campus, complete the application process, and begin your future at MMC! Join us for a session dedicated to you, where you will receive all of the information you need to begin your journey at MMC. Transfer applicants interested in receiving an instant admission decision can participate and have their $60 application fee waived.

Art & Art History Pre-College Workshops 

Art Portfolio Prep Workshop - Saturday, November 10, 2018 - The Portfolio Prep Workshop explores methods of developing and organizing an excellent portfolio for college admission.  A great portfolio is the first step toward building a career in visual art. It serves as a key to gain admission into college art programs and highlights your creative ideas and technical skills. Participants learn how to select, document and organize their work and gain insight into the criteria that experts use to evaluate the quality of your portfolio submission.

There is no fee, but registration is required.

Digital Design De-Constructed Workshop - Sunday, December 9, 2018 - The Digital Design De-Constructed Workshop is a digital media experience in the MMC state-of-the-art Mac computer labs. The students use Adobe Photoshop to create montages inspired by their own self-portraits. Join Graphic Design Professor Jim Holl for a hands-on, head-changing, digital media event. 

There is no fee, but registration is required.
