Thinking outside the box is nothing new to MMC’s History, Philosophy, and Religious Studies department chair Brad Herling—so it comes as no surprise that he has dedicated an entire course to analyzing hit NBC sitcom The Good Place.

Professor Herling talked about how this fictionalized TV series surrounding afterlife inspired him to develop a brand new syllabus.
