DATE & TIME: 9:00am - 5:00pm EDT April 27

The Institute for Pre-College and Advanced Study at Marymount Manhattan College (MMC), located at 221 East 71st Street on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, announces the launch of the Women in Leadership Series.

These one-day workshops focus on promoting women as leaders in various professional fields.  Each workshop meets for a full day (typically on Friday) from 9:00AM-5:00PM with a working lunch and closing reception.  Expert professors convene the workshops and invite guest speakers to participate in these sessions.  The workshops typically include lectures and panel discussions featuring experts in the field, discussions led by the convening professor, and formal and informal opportunities for conversation and professional networking.

These sessions are ideal for working professionals who want to pursue opportunities for advancement within their fields and who are eager to build relationships with others.  They also present unique learning and networking opportunities for students as they anticipate entering their chosen profession.

Tickets for this workshop may be obtained at Event Brite. This workshop is free to all students with an ID. The cost for non-students is $30.00
