A new stress management workshop from CWC where you can learn research-proven skills you can start practicing now to feel more balanced, productive, relaxed and resilient.

CWC is excited to announce a new workshop: “Dear Stress, Let’s Break Up”. In this workshop, you will:

 

  • Learn common sources of stress
  • Learn typical ways in which stress manifests
  • Discuss and practice a number of stress and time management techniques to increase your resilience
  • Learn to reduce the negative impact of stress in your life
  • Feel more equipped to help manage your stress

“Dear Stress, Let’s Break Up” meets Tuesdays from 6:00p.m. to 6:45p.m in Nugent 249. Come to one or multiple: new techniques taught every week.
