Dining Dollars Change Request Form

Use this form if you are a current on-campus resident and would like to change your selected meal plan. The deadline for changing your meal plan is the last business day before the Add/Drop deadline date of the semester you are requesting a change for. Please refer to the academic calendar for this date. Submissions that are entered after this deadline cannot be approved.
