Booth-Ferris CityEdge Spring Internship Stipend Recipients Announced
The Booth-Ferris (CityEdge) Grant has allowed students who might otherwise have been unable, to take part in internship opportunities in New York City. The Grant provided enough funding to support 15, $1,000 stipends to eligible students who secured unpaid internships with non-profit organizations between the Spring 2017 and Summer I 2017 semesters. Students were required to complete a detailed application that included not only providing specifics about their duties, but relating those duties to their major field of study and explaining how this internship would advance their career goals and sharpen their skill sets. Over two dozen students applied for the stipend for Spring 2017. After a careful review of the applications, the following eleven students were chose to receive the Spring 2017 stipend:

The deadline for the CityEdge Summer Internship Stipend has been extended to Monday, May 1, 2017. All students participating in unpaid internships at non-profit organizations, both for-credit and not for-credit, are encouraged to apply.
