Business Professor Emily Goldsmith, Ph.D. selected to present research at the CUNY Graduate Center Dissertation Showcase on May 7, 2018.
Emily Goldsmith, Assistant Professor of Marketing at MMC, will present her research paper titled, Do You Feel Like a Fraud? How Experiencing the Impostor Phenomenon Influences Consumption Behavior. Her paper describes what the impostor phenomenon is, how experiencing the impostor phenomenon impacts consumption behavior, and explains its importance for marketers, advertisers, and retailers.
In this new showcase event, a select group of doctoral candidates are given just three minutes each to share the impact and importance of their Ph.D. dissertations.
