The group was treated to VIP status thanks to MMC alumna and current producer at GMA, Taylor Behrendt ’05, enjoying an exclusive behind the scenes look at how live national television programs are created. Some students even stayed for a taping of Michael Strahan’s show ‘Strahan, Sara, and KiKi,’ where they got even more screen time on tv and left with fancy gift bags to enjoy.
“One of the amazing aspects of the excursion was that, while the class was waiting to go into the GMA studios in Times Square they were met by two MMC alums, Cezanne Panton ’15 and Tess Abarado ’19, who also work with GMA as Audience Producers and were thrilled to answer questions from the class,” explained Hunt. “It was a fantastic excursion and worth meeting at 6:00 am that day.”
We always love seeing our graduates doing what they love - thank you to Taylor, Cezanne, and Tess for their hospitality!
