Reminder: Submit Your COVID-19 Vaccination Information
This is an important reminder that all students are required to submit either a confirmation that you have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or an application stating a medical, religious, or other reason for exemption from vaccination. The deadline for Residential students was July 18. The deadline for all other students was Sunday, August 1.
If you’re receiving a two-dose vaccine and your second shot is after the submission deadline…
Please submit proof of your first dose via the online submission form. This will allow the Health and Safety team to provide a provisional approval of your COVID vaccination record. Once you have received your final dose, you may then submit proof and we will update your record to reflect that completion.
If you have a vaccination appointment scheduled after the submission deadline…
Please submit an exemption application and the Health and Safety team will make a note in your account to await your vaccination information. Once you receive your vaccination, please complete the submission form and provide documentation.
Your vaccination information is critical for devising the College’s health and safety protocols — a high vaccination rate within our community has a powerful impact on our operations!
