Prof. Chin Selected for Writing Fellowship
The Zora Neale Hurston Writing Fellowship welcomed seven up-and-coming writers for its first summer program this month at Bard College.
The fellowship, which runs for three weeks in June, was created to support writers who teach at colleges. It aims to help them get their works developed and published. The program consists of daily workshops, meetings, readings, and visits by literary agents.
Prof. Danielle Chin, one of the seven writers chosen for this prestigious opportunity, has taught Creative Writing at MMC since 2015.
Congratulations, Prof. Chin!
