Science Senior Spotlight: Madison Perez ’22
Madison Perez graduated in May 2022 with a B.S in Biomedical Sciences and a minor in Gender and Sexuality Studies. After graduation, Madison got a job at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center as a Clinical Research Coordinator in Renal Carcinoma. In Madison’s words:
Looking back, my time at Marymount Manhattan College had truly set me up for success. The close-knit community of the science department was the backbone of my support. I was able to get through any tough subject with the physical and mental support of not only my peers but professors. Because of their tireless effort in my capability, I was able to walk away from my undergrad not only with a degree and inspiration toward the science community, but with my confidence in knowing that I can tackle anything that comes my way. This has allowed me to go forward and start my career in medicine confidently and with agency.
