My semester abroad at Seoul, South Korea is one of the most exciting, treasured experiences of my life. I had the opportunity to visit ancient Korean temples, explore a nearly deserted island, learn a new language, venture into North Korea, and gain a broader understanding of the world and the diverse people living in it.
On top of the classes I took on Korean culture, communications, politics, and more, every single day was a learning experience. I never thought I would feel so proud and excited to successfully order a cup of coffee by myself!
“I would not change anything about my time in Korea (except maybe to make it last a little longer) and encourage anyone interested in studying abroad to do it. I wouldn’t trade a single moment of my experience for anything in the world.”
