Socattack

Socattack encourages physical fitness, confidence, unity, and self-love amongst members while exploring popular Caribbean dance club styles with music such as soca and dancehall. This one-hour power workout session was designed to give students and faculty a place to relieve stress, to be themselves, and even discover a new ‘them’ they have never seen before without the scenery of a traditional exercise environment.
