Jacob graduated in 2012, majoring in Business Management, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship, and a minor in Hispanic Studies. Jacob relocated to London in 2021 to join Medallia as their Regional Director of Client Success, where he hires and scales a team of Client Success Managers and Account Directors across Europe. He prides himself on being a customer-centric professional who strives to build relations and enriching partnerships, whilst being a self-proclaimed chef with an affinity for travel and fitness.
