About

Lori Leshner has performed and choreographed in theatres all over the country. She has toured nationally and internationally with West Side Story. She also performed and assisted the director/choreographer in Carmen with the Houston Grand Opera. Some of her other performing credits include Damn Yankees, A Chorus Line, Cabaret, 42nd Street, Kismet, They’re Playing Our Song, Carousel, Brigadoon, and more. For New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, Lori choreographed the mainstage productions of Carousel and Company. Lori spent nine seasons choreographing at Merry Go Round Playhouse. She has been on faculty at New York University, Yale School of Drama, and AMDA, and is currently on the faculty at Molloy/CAP21. At Marymount Manhattan College, she teaches Daily Dance.
