About

Michael George received his Master’s Degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Washington in 1992, and his Doctorate in Mathematics Education from Teacher’s College, Columbia University in 2008. He has published papers in Mathematics Teacher and AMATYC Educator, among several others. His research interests include Quantitative Literacy education and the history of Liberal Arts Mathematics.
