Katherine Damm is an Assistant Professor in Creative Writing. Her short stories have appeared or are forthcoming in Ploughshares, New England Review, Crazyhorse and The Iowa Review. She received her M.F.A. from the Programs in Writing at the University of California, Irvine, where she taught in the Composition, Literary Journalism, and Fiction programs and co-edited Faultline Journal of Arts and Letters. She graduated with an A.B. in Literature and a secondary degree in Economics from Harvard College, where she wrote for the Lampoon and the Harvard Advocate. When not teaching creative writing classes at MMC, she is working on a novel.
