About

Edgardo Núñez Caballero (San Juan, Puerto Rico) is the author of four poetry books: Esa arena que caía en los relojes (El Nuevo Día, 2002), La alegría criminal de los parques (Rue Didot, 2008), Paisaje con fieras (Ediciones Callejón, 2013) and The Future of Music (Ediciones del Flamboyán, 2022). He studied Comparative Literature at Universidad de Puerto Rico (BA), Hispanic Literatures at the Universidad de Salamanca (DEA), and Creative Writing at New York Unversity (MFA). He has been a language instructor, editor, and translator in Puerto Rico, Spain, France, and the United States. His work has appeared in the journals Hotel Abismo (San Juan, Puerto Rico), Mordisco (Sevilla, Spain), jubilat (Amherst, USA), Retorno (San Juan, Puerto Rico), and Esferas (New York, USA), among others. He has been a guitarist and singer for Los Bluechachos and Hora Libre.
