Ayobunmi Pacheco graduated with a B.S. in Biology and a minor in Art History. For the last three years, while she was a student at MMC and since her graduation in December, Ayobunmi has worked at the Veterinary Emergency Group in Manhattan as an ER Veterinary Assistant. She reports: “I’m responsible for triaging patients, obtaining vitals to ensure that they are stable, assisting the veterinarian in procedures like laceration repairs, urinary obstructions, and endoscopies. Working in the veterinary field is definitely hard work, however it is also very rewarding as well!”
