Hello, Griffins! My name is Christina Newland, and I am honored to be one of your Peer Leaders for this wonderful chapter in your academic career!!! I was born and raised in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, New York. I’m now pursuing a degree in Finance with a minor in accounting. In addition to being a Peer Leader, I am the Treasurer of The Black and Latinx Student Association and MMC’s Model UN. In my spare time, I enjoy playing JRPG games (such as Persona Franchise, Yakuza Franchise, Soul Hackers 2, Judgment, and others), singing karaoke, and binge-watching Sailor Moon. I can’t wait to meet you all in the fall.
