About

Josie is the Assistant Director of Career and Professional Development and Employer Relations. Prior to this position, Josie was a Theatre and Media Major here at MMC and is a proud Alumni. She also attended Law School at Georgia State University. While in Law School, Josie worked with the Student Success Department where she was an Academic Coach, Administrative Assistant, and assisted in planning career focused events for students who received a scholarship from Achieve Atlanta, a non-profit organization in Atlanta, GA. Josie is passionate about helping students navigate the process of obtaining a job and finding the right career. She is also passionate about connecting students with employers from a variety of industries.

Hometown: Jackson, NJ

Things I enjoy: Something I love to do is try new places to eat! I love researching restaurants and finding hidden gems in my area or finding the coolest places to go when I’m visiting another place. I typically always try to find the best sushi spot, because that’s my favorite! Aside from that I love seeing musical theatre, binging reality tv, and going to the movies. But I also love to stay home and spend the day in bed rewatching my favorite shows like Gilmore Girls or The Sopranos.
