About
I’m a junior double majoring in psychology and public relations and strategic communication, with a minor in child development and creative media. As for my career path, I’m still in the process of exploration, but one thing is certain—I have a deep passion for working with kids.
What are some of your interests?
Outside of academics, I am a big fan of Taylor Swift, enjoy video games and anime, and love getting creative with crafting! I’m genuinely excited about the opportunity to serve as a mentor at MMC. My goal is to support fellow students and help them navigate their college experience!
What made you want to be a peer mentor?
I know how tough it can be to start college. I wish I’d had someone to help me figure things out back then. So, I’m eager to provide the kind of support I wish I had. Coming from Florida, I can also relate to the challenges of transitioning from living at home to living alone in NYC. I’m a good listener, and, above all, I want to help my mentee feel at ease and confident as they embark on their college journey.
What do you like most about your MMC experience?
I love the intimate size of our school! It offers incredible opportunities to get deeply involved in campus life. Plus, the smaller class sizes mean you get personalized attention and one-on-one instruction that you might not find at larger universities.
