A vital attribute of the daily operations of MMC, our Administrative Services Offices are located on the Lower Level of Main. These include the Purchasing Department and Mailroom. Next to these offices is another essential area, the which handles the maintenance of the College. Down the hall, you will find one of the school’s many dance studio spaces. Also on this level is the Bill Bordeaux Black Box Theatre; this classroom and rehearsal space is also equipped for small theatre productions.
Everything you need to know about registration, payments and scholarships can be obtained at the Center for Student Services (CSS) on the Lower Level of Nugent. Here you will see the Registrar, Financial Aid and Student Account divisions. Just down the hall, the Office of Academic Advisement will assist you in selecting appropriate classes so as to complete your course of study in a timely manner. An entrance to the Theresa Lang Theatre and a costume classroom are on this level.
Upon entrance into the College on the 1
st
floor of our Main building, you will be greeted by our dedicated security team. Located near our Campus Safety Office, they will both ensure your protection throughout your MMC career. Our Career Services and International Admissions departments share an office and will aid you in navigating your academic and professional careers as well as getting you out into the city and world. The vibrant energy of our arts community is ever-present as our Great Hall and Hewitt Gallery of Art can also be found on this floor. Here you can enjoy performances in one of our many on-campus studio spaces and view works of art displayed in several shows throughout the year.

floor of Main is home to our Institutional Advancement Office. It serves to promote the achievements of the college and to cultivate relationships with the MMC community though educational and philanthropic programs. The Regina Peruggi Room is a lovely 2
nd
floor meeting and lecture space utilized by numerous departments, classes and organizations. Classrooms and a warm-up studio for dancers grace this floor as well.
The 3
rd
floor of Main is home to our Business and Human Resources Offices, which provide financial and administrative services in addition to preserving and encouraging a safe workplace environment for our faculty and staff. Just down the hall from these offices is our Student Organization Space (S.O.S.) This room is available for meetings and brainstorm sessions, or for accomplishing tasks set forth by our various clubs and organizations. When it’s time for a break from the hard work, head next door to The Commons to catch up with friends, read a copy of “The Monitor,” or shop for MMC apparel. When fresh air is needed, step out onto the beautiful Lowerre Family Terrace, which connects our Main and Nugent buildings.
Located on the 4
th
floor of Main are computer labs used for classes or projects. They are conveniently located near the Information Technology Office, which is a helpful place to visit when you have a question or problems arise. In between classes, feel free to stop by the Multi-Faith Center, which celebrates all beliefs and even offers free yoga classes! When hunger strikes, the Café and Dining Services are close by and serve everyone from vegan to carnivore.
For Business majors, The Division of Business can be found on the 5
th
floor of Main. The Academic Access Office is also situated here plus a few classrooms for students of all majors. For those in the performing arts, familiarize yourself with this floor, where the Theatre and Dance Faculty Offices as well as additional studios are located.
The Science Faculty Offices, located on the 6
th
floor of Main, are appropriately positioned near a number of laboratories and classrooms. The proximity enables faculty to easily assist students in their problem solving and the pursuit of a career in the sciences.
The College’s Admissions Office is located on 1

floor of Nugent. They are there to guide potential students from all over the world through the application process. Down the hall, you will find the top entrance to the Theresa Lang Theatre, the primary performance space for Theatre and Dance students. Students can view a variety of MMC performances as well as shows and discussions by outside companies and talent. Theatre Faculty Offices are close by. During intermission or a break from classes, the Nugent Lounge is a great place to study, converse with classmates or grab a cup of coffee at the café where, “We Proudly Brew Starbucks.”
The Thomas J. Shanahan library on the 2
nd
floor of Nugent offers a large database of print and online resources for both academics and leisure. Borrow equipment, rent movies or do additional research in the Media Center, located in the library adjacent to the librarian staff offices. Just outside of the library are classrooms and a studio for performing arts classes.
The library continues on the 3
rd
floor of Nugent with an extensive book collection plus extra study areas and computers. The MMC Archives, established in 1974, can be reviewed here. Several collections are accessible for scholarly use. Across the hall, the Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP) is available to aid students with great potential for academic success.

floor of Nugent can be to your benefit. They offer free tutorial assistance in many subjects and placement testing; appointments are recommended, but walk-ins accepted based on availability.
A majority of our Communication Arts classes occur on the 5
th
floor of Nugent in a number of classrooms and studios. One such studio is the Theresa Lang Center for Producing. At the cutting edge of technology, The Center is comprised of video, sound and graphic design rooms containing state-of-the-art recording and editing software. The Communication Arts Faculty Offices are in close proximity, where they can assist you in navigating a career in the communications capital of the world (NYC) and beyond
