Services for Recent Alumni
The Office of Career and Professional Development provides in-person, over the phone, or email consultations with recent alumni who have graduated within the last two years. These appointments can cover resume and cover letter reviews, job search strategies, interview preparation or mock interviews, LinkedIn reviews, and other entry level career related concerns.
Alumni can schedule an appointment with a Career Counselor online via MMC Career Connection. If you need instructions on how to schedule an appointment, please click here.
The Office of Career and Professional Development has an online job board called MMC Career Connection and Alumni have access to this platform for as long as they wish. In order to use the program as an Alumni, you will need to Request an Alumni Account.

CareerLab is an online and interactive professional development workshop. Alumni are able to explore CareerLab and use the tools and resources available there to build a stronger online presence, prepare for interviews, and even learn about the basics of life after college.

Every Spring semester the Office of Career and Professional Development holds an annual Career Summit, a networking and professional development day for students. This day has a Keynote Speaker, Employer/Industry Breakout Sessions, and a Networking Lunch. If you are interested in attending, or would like more information, please email us to be added to future emails about the event!
Are you a hiring manager at your company? Do you have an internship or job opportunity that you want to share with current MMC Students or graduating seniors? We will gladly post it on MMC Career Connection and share with our students!
Have an opportunity that you want to share with current students on campus? Email us to set up an On-Campus Recruitment table for you/your company. You will be the only employer on campus and the table will be located either by the main entrance or in The Commons.
We love to show current students what its like to work at a variety of companies. Let us know if you would be open to hosting a small group of students for a tour of your office and some information about the nature of your company or organization.
Can’t host a group but still want to share what your company does? We would be happy to arrange for you to come to campus to speak to a class about the work you are doing!
