MMC’s Office of Career Services is open for virtual appointments for resume and cover letter reviews, job search advice, interview prep, and more during fall 2020’s Virtual Classes/Open Campus semester.
Career Services offers a phased approach to professional development and career readiness. Services offered include: resume and cover letter writing and review, interview preparation (including mock interviews with immediate feedback), job search tips, introduction to networking, and general career counseling. Students will have the opportunity to discover possible career interests, acquire the tools needed to secure employment, and successfully navigate the job market or effectively pursue advanced degrees.

This event will provide students with a foundation in understanding Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and how to strengthen their own EQ. This year, the event will also focus on the intersection of Emotional Intelligence and Social Justice, with two keynote presentations by Nava Silton, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Psychology, and Christine Gregory, Esq., Chief Operating Officer at the NAACP Legal Defense Fund.
This event is required for all first-year students in LINK 101. The event is open to all current students, faculty, and staff.
