Higher Education Opportunity Program

The Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP) provides up to five years of academic support and supplementary financial assistance to eligible New York State residents who do not meet the traditional admissions criteria but demonstrate potential for academic success.

The HEOP Class of 2019The HEOP Class of 2019HEOP has been an integral part of Marymount Manhattan College since 1969 and provides all enrolled students with academic, career, financial aid, and personal counseling, tutoring services, specialized academic workshops, and a Summer Academic Institute program.

HEOP and its activities are supported, in whole or in part, by the New York State Education Department
