OneLogin FAQ
OneLogin is a service that gives you simplified, one-click access to the MMC applications that you use every day. It also will strengthen the security of our applications. We wanted to give you the heads up so that you’re prepared for the roll-out of this College-wide initiative.
OneLogin offers the MMC community three beneficial services:
- Single Sign-On
- Multi-Factor Authentication
- Self Service Password Reset
Single Sign-On (SSO) provides all MMC students, faculty, and staff with simple and secure one-click access to applications we use daily.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is an added cybersecurity measure that ensures you and only you can access your account. You will have an option to use a push to your mobile device via an app, a secret question or an SMS with a one-time code.
Self-Service Password Reset gives you an easy way to change your password with no hassle!

If the application has an F, it will require you to sign in with your username and password the first time. After that, you will not have to sign in with that username and password. For all applications with an F, you will need your browser extension downloaded first (see question on “How do I add/enable OneLogin Browser Extension?”).
If the application has an S, it will not require you to sign in after authenticating to OneLogin via MFA.
Note: During setup, after you enter your credentials for an app (ex, Office 365), you will be sent back to your “Application Page” with your list of apps containing your stored credentials:
