Incoming Students (New and Transfer)
1. SUBMIT A NON-REFUNDABLE HOUSING DEPOSIT
Submit the non-refundable $500 housing deposit before JUNE 1st. After that date, we will accept accept deposits on a rolling basis.
2. STUDENT CREDENTIALS
The housing application is not available to incoming first year students until after you receive your MMC credentials and have registered for classes. Once you receive your credentials, we will share the housing application with those who submitted their housing deposit before the deadline. MMC credentials will be sent out in batches throughout the Summer.
3. HOUSING APPLICATION, MEDICAL FORMS, AND CONTRACT
After you have submitted your refundable deposit, you will log in to MMC RESIDENCE to submit a New Student Application (if you are an incoming freshmen) or the Transfer Student Application (if you are transferring to MMC), medical consent forms, and sign the housing contract. If you are under the age of 18 while filling out an application, you will need a parent/guardian to sign the application as well. You must apply for housing by the application deadline. We will continue to place students on a rolling basis after the deadline if there is room available, however if you do not submit the application by the deadline, we cannot guarantee you a space in the residence hall or with a roommate group.
4. CREATING A ROOMMATE GROUP
After you have submitted a non-refundable deposit and application, it will be reviewed by housing staff. Once your application is approved, you can select a roommate group within MMC RESIDENCE . You will only be able to create groups with other people who have also been approved. Please keep in mind that your roommate group size does not guarantee you an apartment of that size. Room assignments are generated randomly, and while we do our best to match you with your roommate group, we cannot guarantee roommate matches. If you do not select a roommate, we will pair you with someone based on your application.
5. DISABILITY ACCOMODATIONS
If you have a disability accommodation, you must submit the accommodation to The Office of Disability Services.
6. ROOM ASSIGNMENT INFORMATION
Room assignments will be sent out during the Summer.
Students must read the Housing Contract and Residence Life policies. This is a year-long contract, and it is important you understand the terms and conditions before you sign!
Your application is not complete until you finish all the steps. Students are placed in housing on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend completing all of the necessary steps promptly once you’ve made the decision to live with us.

If you did not participate in Fall Housing Selection, but are interested in housing, please submit a housing application through MMC RESIDENCE and a non-refundable housing deposit via MMC CONNECT . We continue to accept housing applications on a rolling-basis.
