CROSSING BORDERS VII: A Scholarly and Creative Conference

WHO? Participation is open to students, faculty, staff and alumni of Marymount Manhattan College, the Bedford Hills College Program (BHCP), and the Consortium Colleges.
WHAT? MMC/BHCP/Consortium College community members from any academic discipline are invited to submit scholarly and/or creative work. Proposals are welcome for individual presentations (15 minutes + Q&A) or pre-constituted panels or workshops (45 minutes + Q&A).
WHEN? Submit proposals by Friday, January 17th, 2020. Accepted participants will be notified by end of January 2020. Participants will be required to submit their presentations for pre-approval by the Bedford Hills Correctional Facility administration by mid-February. The conference will take place on Friday, March 20, 2020 (with a 7:00am departure from the MMC campus).
WHY? The conference represents a unique opportunity for the exchange of ideas among the 71st Street and Bedford Hills campuses of Marymount Manhattan College, as well as the consortium colleges.
HOW? Create a proposal for your participation in the conference. All proposals must include the information requested in the form below.
