The 2022 Summer Academy Intensives are back in-person.

These precollege intensives are tailored toward rising high school juniors and seniors and are open to any high school student who will be 16 years of age on or before July 1, 2022.

Spend a summer in Manhattan with MMC!

MMC’s Summer Academy offers a wide range of one or two week-long intensive pre-college programs for high school students, designed to introduce students to the college environment, to challenge them academically, and to offer a glimpse into the boundless opportunity of a college career in the world’s greatest city.

The 2022 Intensives will include the following 

- Musical Theater Intensives I (from 06/26 to 07/09) & II (from 07/10 to 07/23)

- Fashion Marketing Intensive (from 07/10 to 07/16)

- New York City Ecosystem (from 07/17 to 07/23)

The two-week program gave students the tools to analyze a script and song, make informed acting choices, use music to propel the story, and understand the techniques required to create a digital pre-screen.

Summer 2020 Programming

United Nations Summer Virtual Workshop

Summer Academy United Nations Program Enjoy the unique opportunity to engage with the United Nations (UN), learning directly from officials of UN Programs, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) accredited to the United Nations and Permanent Missions of Member States. 

Take classes and workshops held both at UN organizations and on the MMC campus, just 30 blocks from the UN. During this week-long intensive, you’ll gain valuable experience and further your knowledge of issues relating to international affairs, development, the environment, women’s empowerment, and peace and security issues.

This program is also open to entering first-year MMC students who graduated high school in 2020 and will be no older than 18 during the program.
